Yes. We're not a DNA testing lab — we provide a deeper interpretation and analysis of results you already have. You'll need to have taken a test with a company such as 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or MyHeritage first.

You'll receive a confirmation email with simple instructions for sending us your raw DNA data. Once you send it over, your report arrives by email — usually within 48 hours.

You download it from the company you tested with — each has its own instructions: 23andMe, MyHeritage, FamilyTreeDNA, AncestryDNA, and Living DNA. Already ordered and can't find it? Email us and we'll help you locate it.

No. Your raw DNA file is deleted from our servers as soon as your report is sent to you. The online tools we use to process your data delete it too, and it's never accessible to anyone else during the process.

Typically within 1–2 business days. If it's taking longer than that, email us and we'll get to the bottom of it.

We compare your DNA against an ever-updating database of over 16,000 ancient and modern population samples.

Changed your mind? Email us within 30 days of ordering and we'll process a refund — as long as you haven't already sent us your raw DNA file or received your report. Once issued, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
